No home, No name, No one

It's lonely here in prison, where there is no sun and sky,
nobody knows when the lights go out how much we dream and cry.
I dream you'll come and take me home, and call me yours forever,
but I wake up and the bright lights just make me remember.
I have no home, no name, no one, to call my one and only,
night time in the shelter can be pretty dark and lonely.
I'd make your family happy..a companion for your girl or boy.
I'll take a little patience but i'm sure i'll bring some joy.
But when the right one comes along and sees whats within me,
the willingness to love and be loved if your willing to adopt me.

Sheera Rai Dawn

Not so long ago it seems
daddy brought you home for us to see.
Just a little puppy with big clumsy paws
I couldn't resist, you were perfect without any flaws.
I held you close to my chest so tight
so I thought of a name that would fit you just right.
I named you Sheera Rai Dawn
because you were as beautiful as a fresh baby fawn.
Nine wonderful years with laughter and tears,
We'll remember the times we played hide and seek
We'll keep the precious memories in our hearts to keep.
You were the kindest dog we'll ever know
that made it so hard for us to let you go.
I held you in my arms like the first day we met
holding you close and kissing you nose
till you took your last breath ........

Welcome to Puppy Prayers Rescue

We are a couple of Doggie Angels  trying to save the lives of dogs, all around Canada and the United States,and place them in loving Forever homes and Foster homes.

We dont just rescue the pretty purebreds.We rescue any puppy or dog that deserves to be loved,and live the life a dog was meant to live.

All the puppies and dogs we rescue, first have to be Spayed - Neutered with there Vaccinations and test Negative for Heartworm before were even able to go pick them up and bring them across the border to Canada,and place into forever loving homes.

We are a Nonprofit No Kill Organization,and we travel hundreds of miles to Rescue dogs of all shapes and sizes that have overstayed there welcome at shelters,and are on the euthanasia list....

We are trying very hard to save as many dogs as we can.

It feels so good when were able to save dogs from euthanasia,

But is also very sad for us to leave some behind.



Our Mission

-To help control dog over population and to educate the public about the necessity of spaying/neutering their pets

-To place dogs in new caring, responsible, forever homes

- Assist in finding homes for dogs whose owners can no longer care for them

- Rescue, foster, homeless and abandoned, neglected and abused or Unwanted dogs

Puppy Prayers Rescue is now offering dog owners the ability to

surrender their dogs due to overwhelming circumstances such as

death in the family, shortage of work, etc.

 

If your not able to Adopt or Foster a dog you can still help by making a donation.
